We have had Quality Building Maintenance do our floor waxing @ our 3 Sunshine Foods stores for a few years now. They do a great quick job w/out any issues or hold up on time promised to complete the job. Would recommend them to anyone wanting a good reasonable floor wax job done.

I've hired Tayte off and on the the last year, for apartment building maintenance. He really does quality work, and is dependable. He's saved the day many times now! You'll definitely get your money's worth with this guy.

Quality Building Maintenance has been providing daily janitorial services for my commercial properties for nearly five years, I have been amazed by their reliability and their name says it all, they truly provide "Quality" service.

Tayte Peterson is the best. Miss working for this guy. He's not so bad. Try living in a right to work state where they fire you at a drop of a hat! Tayte if your reading this, you're the best!

Reliable. Our building is cleaned every other week due to low use. If we need additional cleaning, they are prompt to our request. I'm impressed with the quality of services.
