I was looking for someone to strip/wax floors. Tayte answered the phone right away, and was on site for a survey the next day! He responded with a quote later that day. Quality Building Maintenance has been providing daily janitorial services for my commercial properties for nearly five years, I have been amazed by their reliability and their name says it all, they truly provide "Quality" service.

We have had Quality Building Maintenance do our floor waxing @ our 3 Sunshine Foods stores for a few years now. They do a great quick job w/out any issues or hold up on time promised to complete the job. Would recommend them to anyone wanting a good reasonable floor wax job done.

Reliable. Our building is cleaned every other week due to low use. If we need additional cleaning, they are prompt to our request. I'm impressed with the quality of services.

I've hired Tayte off and on the the last year, for apartment building maintenance. He really does quality work, and is dependable. He's saved the day many times now! You'll definitely get your money's worth with this guy.

Tayte Peterson is the best. Miss working for this guy. He's not so bad. Try living in a right to work state where they fire you at a drop of a hat! Tayte if your reading this, you're the best!

Oh come on!! Tate ain't so bad!! Could be worse. At least you don't live here in Tucson or work for Environment control. Now those guys are con men.
